One of Stanier's masterpieces, this work-horse was
so useful that many were purchased by the LNER, and many more saw use
abroad well into the 90's. The loco with its elgant and simplistic lines
may look tempting, but should not be used as a first attempt at building.
The kit has Brass Loco and Tender bodies
with N/Silver chassises. Castings in both
Lost Brass Wax and White
Metal compliment the kit.
